In the beginning I challenged myself by saying yes to everything. I figured experience it in all would lead me to my niche but what it did instead was broaden my capabilities and grow me to be a more versatile photographer.

My journey in photography is deeply tied to my faith and my family. In a season of brokenness and uncertainty, God opened a door through photos that allowed me to provide for my three kids while rebuilding my life. What began out of necessity has become a calling—one where I get to create, connect, and celebrate the beauty in new beginnings.
I was born and raised in the Canadian prairies taking some of my first photographs of family in canola fields and baby robins hatching in their nests. I’ve always had an eye for detail and catching beauty in simple things.

After years of being welcomed into people’s most intimate moments.. calming brides before they walk down the aisle, capturing the first breath of new babies.. the last family photo before grand parents pass.. it leaves me so grateful for life and all its intricacies.
